Upon notification of occupancy of newly leased property (reference lease agreement), the transaction will be executed within 7 days, while seller has 14 days to complete the relocation of all products, materials and other related items to the new leased location, during which time any hindrances or incumbrances upon the building and/or land sold shall become the burden of the new purchaser(s) with respect to, though not all inclusive of, taxes, insurance, utilities, damage (material or immaterial) unrelated to Vita Plus operations or relocation of said materials.
